This post is written in partnership with the wonderful folks at Jord and their awesome Wood Watches. As always, all opinions are mine and mine alone! I wouldn’t recommend anything I don’t truly love.

A few years ago, I bought Justin a watch for Christmas. It was overly complicated and – despite the watch face full of exposed gears – pretty bland and unoriginal. We actually took it back to the store before he ever wore it. Never really one, to take a hint I decided I’d give watches and my husband another go when I encountered the awesome folks from Jord. They are the makers of insanely unique watches for both men and women. What really struck me about the watches initially is how versatile they are.
Looking into accessories – and especially some watches – it’s easy to find something that may be new or flashy but doesn’t have a versatile aesthetic. Both Justin’s and my Jord Wood Watches are ABSOLUTELY ones that can fit in with a variety of outfits.
Styling Women’s Jord Wood Watches
The watch the wonderful folks at Jord sent me is their Cassia in Walnut with Rose Gold. While I’m not a pink person I LOVE rose gold and how on trend it’s stayed.
Rose gold is fresh and still unexpected. Rose gold blends with true gold and silver/black accents, mixing with different looks ranging from casual bohemian to chic dresses with ease. It’s also AMAZING for spring and Easter brunch or Passover Seder. The walnut band and gold accent makes this awesome wood watch flashy enough to stand on its own as a style piece, but doesn’t look overly casual or out of place when paired with nice heels and a cocktail dress, or worn to the office.
Styling Men’s Jord Wood Watches
Justin is rocking his Conway in Kosso and Midnight Blue. Granted, his wardrobe doesn’t vary as wildly as mine does on any given day, but the Conway Wood Watch from Jord transitions from business dress to “Saturday with the fam” so well.
While he may not be a budding style maven, Justin’s favorite part about the Jord Wood Watches is the fact they come with everything you need to keep your watch in top shape. Aside from the instruction booklet, each of our watches came with a container of conditioning oil and cloth to use to buff the oil into the surface of the wood. And the cedar watch box (with drawer for humidity packs) and burlap pillow ensure that the watch is protected while being stored (and still looks sharp on the dresser).
And the best part? The great folks at Jord are Giving YOU a chance to win Jord credit for a watch of your own! So hit up the giveaway and score one of your own. Which watch would YOU rock?
Confession: They are amazingly versatile, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have my eye on the Sandalwood and Emerald Frankie and the maple Fieldcrest! ….or maybe even the Ebony and Iron Hyde….. Be careful, once you fall in love with Jord, you fall hard.
These look like a perfect bday present for my husband! Love!
He’d love it!!
